New Addition

We have had a very exciting week. Details will be coming soon of what we have been working on. In the meantime, we did an adoption day at Animalerie Babalou on Saturday, and met some very nice people. Thanks to Nancy and her husband, we always have a good time with Nancy. Drop by and visit her to buy your dog food or have your dog groomed.
Yesterday afternoon, Stephie and I took a trip to Prescott to meet Pam from the Kingston Humane Society where we picked up Fred, a 2 year old Rottie, who was not doing so well at the shelter and had been there for a while. What a super dog, very underweight but lovely personality. Lots of kisses and hugs. The trip back was longer as we hit some very bad weather as we were driving into a snow storm. Fred is going make a great new addition to someone's family. We will be getting some pictures this week. The temperament testing done on Fred by Kingston is very positive and he is good with other dogs. He was picked up as a stray, but he has been very well looked after, coat is very shiny, very good with people, very social so not sure why someone didn't claim him. He needs to gain a few pounds but that should come pretty quickly now. Fred is fully vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
We will post new pics as we get them and update his story in the next few days.
Have a great day.
